America, Israel, and France Warn: Confrontation with Iran Nears
-
Amid escalating hostile rhetoric between major powers, the region appears to be heading toward an unprecedented phase of turmoil, threatening regional security and reshaping the international geopolit

Signs are mounting of an imminent military move by the United States and Israel against Iran, as the American newspaper The Washington Post revealed intelligence assessments suggesting a potential strike in the first half of this year.
This comes against the backdrop of rising tensions between Washington and Tehran, with international warnings about the repercussions of such a scenario on regional stability.
The newspaper reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government has more explicitly expressed its desire to involve the U.S. in a military operation targeting Iran’s nuclear program—a stance reflected in increasingly hawkish statements from American and Israeli officials about an "imminent escalation."
Observers believe this move highlights the dwindling patience of Tel Aviv and Washington after the failure of diplomatic efforts to curb Tehran’s nuclear ambitions.
Meanwhile, the British Daily Mail cited U.S. officials indicating that potential strikes would focus on Iranian nuclear facilities through intensive airstrikes, possibly within the coming weeks.
This development coincides with growing European warnings that the collapse of nuclear negotiations could make a military confrontation "almost inevitable," as stated by French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot before the French National Assembly.
Amid the sharp escalation, Israeli politicians and military officials have emphasized that military action is no longer a distant option but a necessity driven by recent developments.
The Daily Mail quoted a high-ranking Israeli government source saying: "This should have been done long ago—it’s time to put an end to this threat."
Tel Aviv seems determined to cripple Iran’s nuclear capabilities by any means necessary, raising fears of a large-scale regional conflict.
