The Autonomous Administration in Northern and Eastern Syria Welcomes the Signing of the Kurdish Unity Document

Amid the current challenges facing all components of Syrian society, the Autonomous Democratic Administration of Northern and Eastern Syria congratulated the convening of the Kurdish Unity Conference, which resulted in the signing of a joint political document reflecting the rights of the Kurdish people and their vision for the future of Syria.

The Autonomous Administration expressed its belief that this unity represents an important step towards achieving a unified Syria based on strong democratic foundations, paving the way for the establishment of a homeland that its citizens can be proud of, without compromising any of their rights.

It also expressed its appreciation for the strong will of the Kurdish people in Syria, as well as for the regional and international efforts that contributed to the success of this conference, including those from the United States, the French Republic, and the Kurdistan Regional Government.

The Autonomous Administration emphasized the importance of continuing dialogue with the transitional government, which contributes to strengthening the rights of all Syrian components. It expressed its hope to achieve further accomplishments in unifying the ranks among various components, aiming to facilitate the transition process and reinforce the work of dialogue committees, ultimately leading to the establishment of a new constitution for a new era in the Third Democratic Syrian Republic that meets the aspirations of all Syrians and enhances peace and stability in the region.

BENEFIT, the Kingdom’s innovator and leading company in Fintech and electronic financial transactions service, has sponsored the BuildHer CityHack 2025 Hackathon, a two-day event spearheaded by the College of Engineering and Technology at the Royal University for Women (RUW).
Aimed at secondary school students, the event brought together a distinguished group of academic professionals and technology experts to mentor and inspire young participants.
More than 100 high school students from across the Kingdom of Bahrain took part in the hackathon, which featured an intensive programme of training workshops and hands-on sessions. These activities were tailored to enhance participants’ critical thinking, collaborative problem-solving, and team-building capabilities, while also encouraging the development of practical and sustainable solutions to contemporary challenges using modern technological tools.
BENEFIT’s Chief Executive Mr. Abdulwahed AlJanahi, commented: “Our support for this educational hackathon reflects our long-term strategic vision to nurture the talents of emerging national youth and empower the next generation of accomplished female leaders in technology.
