Real Madrid Exits the Champions League and Ancelotti's Dismissal Approaches

Spanish club Real Madrid has exited the Champions League after Arsenal repeated their victory over them, with the second leg of the quarter-final ending in a 2-1 win for the London team. The match took place this evening, Wednesday, at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
The goals for Arsenal were scored by Bukayo Saka and Martinelli in the 65th and 90+3 minutes, while Vinicius Junior scored Real Madrid's only goal in the 67th minute.
Real Madrid is experiencing one of its worst seasons in the last decade under coach Carlo Ancelotti, having suffered two defeats in the Clasico against Barcelona, seen a decline in their performance in the race for the La Liga title, in addition to this significant elimination from the Champions League.
With increasing pressure, it is expected that a decision to dismiss Carlo Ancelotti will be made soon, as club president Florentino Pérez is anticipated to make this decision after the match against Barcelona in the Copa del Rey final scheduled for April 26.
The Real Madrid administration may prefer to make the dismissal decision before the end of the season to ensure the team is prepared for the Club World Cup competition with a new coach.
In a related context, Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano indicated on Wednesday morning that German coach Jürgen Klopp, the former Liverpool manager, wishes to leave his current position as global football development officer at Red Bull, but he will only take this step if the opportunity to coach Real Madrid or the German national team arises. This news may prompt Real Madrid's management to consider contracting him in the coming days, without waiting for the result of the fourth Clasico match against Barcelona on May 11.
