18 Iran-aligned militia members of Syrian nationality were killed, including a brigadier general linked to Lebanese Hezbollah.

Total casualties rose to 46: 18 Syrians from Iranian militias, 22 foreign nationals, and 6 unidentified, with numbers likely to increase due to critical injuries.

Over 50 were injured, including at least 7 civilians, one critical, from Israeli strikes targeting 3 separate facilities in Palmyra: two in Al-Jamiya district (including weapons storage near industrial zone housing Iraqi and other Tehran-aligned fighters' families), and a third targeting Iranian militia leaders' meeting with Iraqi Al-Nujaba movement and Hezbollah officials.

Israeli jets flew from Daraa province airspace to Al-Tanf area before striking Palmyra.

Since early 2024, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights recorded 152 Israeli attacks on Syrian territory (126 air, 26 ground), destroying/damaging about 273 targets including weapons depots, headquarters, centers, and vehicles.

Strikes killed 62 civilians (12 children, 16 women), wounded 69 others, and eliminated Iran-linked businessman Baraa Qaterji and his cousin.

Attacks concentrated in several provinces: Damascus and surroundings (54), Homs (50), Daraa (17), Quneitra (16), with scattered strikes in other provinces.
