Turkish escalation: 211 airstrikes target autonomous administration areas in northern Syria

Two drones belonging to Turkey targeted locations, one in the village of Kochar and the other between the villages of Krok and Shasha in the rural area of Ain al-Arab (Kobani) east of Aleppo, with no reports of casualties.

With this, the total number of aerial targets carried out by drones of the Turkish Air Force on areas under the influence of the "Self-Administration" in northern and northeastern Syria has risen to 211 since the beginning of 2024. These attacks have resulted in the deaths of 91 people, as well as injuries to more than 56 military personnel and 79 civilians, including 6 women and 5 children. The casualties are as follows:

- 52 from the military forces operating in the Self-Administration areas.
- 18 from the regime forces.
- 21 civilians, including 1 woman and 8 children.

The distributions of the attacks are as follows:

- 143 attacks in Al-Hasakah, resulting in the deaths of 3 regime forces, 24 military personnel, and 8 civilians, including 1 woman.
- 13 attacks in Raqqa, resulting in the deaths of 19 military personnel and 8 civilians, including 6 children.
- 55 attacks in the rural area of Aleppo, resulting in the deaths of 24 military personnel and 5 civilians, including 1 child.
