The name of Skhirat agreement should be reviewed, let it bethe agreement of Bouznika, Rabat, or Fes

Despite their different views and ideologies, their patriotism and their love for the beloved mother, Libya, has made them think of one country, transcending all wounds and divisions. All peoples of the world have suffered bloody civil wars that lasted for years. They havereaped beloved sons, daughters and husbands, and left behind a large number of widows and orphans. Nobody wins at war, even winners are losers. Skhirat agreement
The name of Skhirat agreement should be reviewed, let it be Bouznika Agreement, Rabat Agreement, or Fes Agreement … etc. Skhirat is a name linked to historical projections that separate anddo not unite Libyans. Sirte will be a green city of peace, where all flags meet to unite all opinions, and not a green area fortified against its people.
The comprehensive political conference should be the container that embraces all international and local initiatives. It should be inside Libya so that history records that the solution has been Libyan-Libyan, with praise and thanks for all international initiatives that have supported stability.
Journalists must be brought together and a media code of honour that denounces and criminalizes violence, defamation and the fragmentation of the social fabric should be released. Skhirat agreement
Merchantsshould be brought together and a code of honour not to finance militias and be used in dirty operations should be released.
A political code of honourthat criminalizes politicians used by some countries as tools to create chaos and shuffle cards, particularly after the establishment of the new state.
Establishing economic forums with major countries to start promoting building and reconstruction phase and changing collective opinion from demolition to construction.
National reconciliation without excluding any party so that the new state is built on solid foundations. This reconciliation may lead to a state of peace or coexistence, where law remains the decisive factor.Separating judicial, legislative and executive authorities from each other. Establishing a higher advisory council that includes all Libyan minds in all fields. It has the right to deal with international advisory councils, and shall be an advisor to the new executive body.
Collecting and scrapping heavy and light weapons so that we do not fall into past mistakes, as a goodwill gesture. Weapons are scrapped under the slogan of “peace and rejecting war”, using iron in the construction and reconstruction process; there are companies specialized in that field.
Spreading the culture of tolerance and peace through local organizations and institutions in cooperation with well-known international organizations. This is done according to post-war mechanisms, courses and tools that have been used by several countries.
Paying attention to post-war psychological well-being in cooperation with specialists in humandevelopment ,psychology, spirituality , preachers and religious reformers.
Laying the foundations of the national state and restoring the social fabric, according to solid social contracts.
The return of the displaced and emigrants, according to a comprehensive plan.Providing administrative and logistical support in order not to fall under the influence of the countries in which they reside without legal procedures, so that they are not extorted and acquiesced to agendasof hosting countries.
The government must be a technocrat that provides services and does not engage in internal political issues, in order not to be part of the conflict.
Utilize the assistance of the United Nations to supervise local peace-keeping force in all regions of Libya. It supports the reconciliation process and provides the environment for internal conferences and meetings, so that what happened on 4/4 may not be repeated, which resulted in sabotaging the inclusive national conference in order to prolong the conflict.
It is necessary to work towards releasing a comprehensive national code as a product of the reconciliation phase, in which the structures of the new Libyan state are established according to the principle of neither victor nor vanquished, the winner in the end will be the homeland. Attention must be paid to youth, women and people with disabilities. We seek to establish a new country in which youth can be encouraged and adults are respected.
The reconciliation process will be an extension of the Nalut conference for national cohesion and reconciliation. All initiatives are joined through the preparatory committees in order to be in the preparatory committee for the comprehensive political conference, so that the national reconciliation carries the Libyan authenticity and is not under external obedience.
Renounce international intervention in all its forms, and from all countries. All mercenaries should leave Libya. The United Nations shouldimpose sanctions on countries that supply weapons to Libya, smuggle funds and plunder Libyan gold and oil.
Encouraging field commanders from all formations and those who bear arms to sit together, under the name of active forces on the ground, until they reach understandings and turn from a tool of demolition to a national tool for construction and reform.Their experience and relationships are used in building the nation, as Japan did with the samurai.
Using old expertise and founder of the police, army and security services, to unify these institutions, in order to include all regions, and to form advisory councils in cooperation with the United Nations.
Emphasising on the unity and independence of Libya and for all Libyans to unite after reconciliation. The battle for the future will be to obtain independence again, because Libya, according to international law, has been under international tutelage since 2011.
Not to integrate militias into national institutions, so that the hierarchies on which they have been based on for decades are not mixed, except by recognized professional methods.
Giving the opportunity to local reconciliation men and mediators, so that they can be a good mediator between the brothers and parties, promote convergenceof views and give advice if parties require, to find customary solutions before entering into legal arguments.
Throughout history, civil wars do not end without comprehensive reconciliations.Any party that thinks otherwise is not aware of the movement of history, and is used as fuel in these wars. The true brave is the one who can make peace decision not war decision, not for the sake of forgiving his opponent, but for the sake of the children of Libya, who will pay the price for this fragmentation and changing the Libyan demography that is occurring in the south and several other regions, until we wake up to a state with new residents after its original inhabitants have been displaced— history is full of such stories.
Involving the cultural, artistic and media milieu in the reconciliation process in order to spread the culture of tolerance and reminders of the Libyan authenticity and unity. The new Libya will only stand through its sons and daughters—Battle of Gasr Bu Hadiis a visible witness
