The Iranian Student News Agency reported today, Thursday, the death of Brigadier General Kioumars Pourhashem, a senior commander in Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps, in Syria at the hands of "terrorists" linked to Israel, without providing additional details.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights revealed a bloody toll exceeding 130 casualties due to intense confrontations between Syrian regime forces and Hayat Tahrir al-Sham in northern Syria.
Fierce armed confrontations have been raging since yesterday, Wednesday, between Syrian regime forces and opposition forces in the vicinity of Aleppo governorate, with the participation of "Hayat Tahrir al-Sham" and formations from the "Syrian National Army."
