Zawaya news website reported as per Reuters that an opinion poll published by Ipsos Mori on Monday, showed most adults in Britain think it likely that Boris Johnson will not be prime minister by the end of 2022.

Growing public anger at reports of government officials holding gatherings and parties when Britain was under lockdown last year has raised doubts about Johnson's authority within his Conservative Party.

However, Downing Street spokesperson said: "Work meetings often take place in the Downing Street garden in the summer months. On this occasion there were staff meetings following a No. 10 press conference."

"Downing Street is the Prime Minister’s home as well as his workplace. The Prime Minister’s wife lives in No. 10 and therefore also legitimately uses the garden."

In a previous report, The Guardian reported that Boris Johnson is “on notice” and could be gone within a year unless he cleans up his act and shakes up his No 10 operation.
