Israeli Prime Minister's Wife Claims Drone Attack Was Assassination Attempt
سارة نتنياهو

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's wife, Sara Netanyahu, stated on Monday that the drone attack that targeted their home earlier was an assassination attempt against her and her husband.

In her first remarks regarding the drone strike in Caesarea, Sara Netanyahu commented, "The drone attack was an attempt on my life and my husband's. This is not just an assault on us as individuals, but also on Israel and its people."

A building in Caesarea sustained minor damage from the attack, but no injuries were reported. A large police presence has been deployed to the targeted area, according to the Israeli news site "Walla."

Sources indicated that a bomb-laden drone was aimed at Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's residence in Caesarea, which is located along the Mediterranean coast.

The Israeli Prime Minister's office confirmed earlier that a drone coming from Lebanon directly targeted Netanyahu's home in Caesarea.

Channel 13 in Israel reported that Netanyahu's office confirmed the drone was fired directly at their residence, noting that "Netanyahu and his wife were not there."
