Israeli Incursion into Al-Rafid Village in Quneitra Countryside
Israeli forces deployed a military unit in Al-Rafid village in Quneitra countryside after midnight on Sunday-Monday, where they entered the town and placed relief supplies in front of several citizens' homes before fully withdrawing.
Following the withdrawal of the forces, some villagers set fire to those supplies in a clear expression of their rejection of the Israeli presence and attempts to change the reality in the area.
In a related context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that five Israeli military vehicles had incursed into Abu Tina village located in the southern Quneitra countryside. The Israeli forces established a military checkpoint in the northern part of the village, blocked the road, and conducted extensive searches of homes while interrogating several local residents.
