The decisions included MP Abdul Ilah Al-Abdo on charges of forgery and using forged documents related to a university degree.

The committee also authorized prosecution of MP Rasem Al-Masri in a case involving construction sector violations.

These decisions come amid a series of similar procedures the Assembly has witnessed recently.

The decision was based on recommendations from the committee specialized in studying the MPs' legal files.

Judicial authorities are expected to begin investigation procedures with the three MPs following the immunity lifting decision.

Lifting immunity represents a required legal step to initiate any judicial proceedings against Assembly members under applicable laws.

The three MPs face possible loss of Assembly membership if convicted of charges against them.
