According to the India Today, at least three employees of Disney World have been arrested over an underage sex sting case in Florida in which the accused had allegedly tried to engage in sexual activity with a 13-year-old.

According to a report in The Business Insider, the Polk County Sheriff has said that the accused, Savannah McGrew (29) and Jonathan McGrew (34) had tried to engage in sexual activity with the girl.

The two had also informed the police that they worked as custodians at Disney World's Hollywood Studios. The report further says that a Disney spokesperson had confirmed that Savannah and Jonathan were on unpaid leave at the time of their arrests.

On the other hand, another Disney World employee, Kenneth Javier Aquino (26) was also arrested for trying to meet up with a minor girl to have sex, said the report.

The report further states that about 17 people have been charged in similar cases after the police and investigation agencies launched an undercover probe named ‘Operation Child Protector’ in which officers posed as children to interact with suspects.

"You've got to know who your children are talking to, who they're communicating with," Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said at a news conference while detailing the arrests.

According to The New York Post, in total, the arrests led to 49 felony and two misdemeanor charges. Those who have been arrested in the sex sting case are aged between 26 and 47 and all hail from Florida except for one.
