International Coalition Targets Two Individuals, General Security Initiates Campaign in Qamhana, Hama

On Wednesday, a plane belonging to the international coalition led by the United States conducted a strike targeting two individuals on a motorcycle near the town of Sarmada in northern Idlib, according to a reporter from Syria TV.
The identities of the targeted individuals have not yet been disclosed, but initial reports indicate that one was killed and the other severely injured as a result of the explosion. The attack occurred as the motorcycle was crossing the al-Qalaa camp road, where several explosions were heard in the area.
In recent years, Syria has witnessed repeated airstrikes by the international coalition, which claims its targets include leaders and members of ISIS and other extremist terrorist groups.
In a related context, the Syrian general security forces, in cooperation with the military operations department, have launched an extensive security campaign targeting the remnants of the ousted regime in the Qamhana area of northern Hama. Security sources told Syria TV that the campaign is focused on the members of the "Taramih Brigade" affiliated with the "25th Division," who have refused to hand over their weapons or engage in necessary reconciliations.
The sources added that the campaign has so far resulted in the seizure of an arms and ammunition warehouse and the arrest of several members of the "Taramih Brigade," with assurances that the operation will continue until the desired objectives are achieved. The "Taramih Brigade" is considered one of the units with a bloody record of killing civilians, as it consists entirely of volunteers who participated in most of the military operations carried out by the "25th Division" during campaigns targeting northwest Syria between 2019 and 2020.
